Therapeutic Style
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important component of therapy. I aim to create a collaborative nonjudgmental space for folks to explore their concerns. I utilize trauma informed care targeting the mental, emotional, and somatic components of people's experiences. My hope is that you will experience relief from your symptoms, improved well-being, and decreased distress. Common interventions are behavioral, somatic, narrative, and EMDR.
